- My product received is faulty
If your product has visible defects that are not specific to the basic product, you will send us photos of defects with a signed paper and stating on the honor that you received a product with found at the opening of the package material defects that are not caused by any action on your part.
If these defects are the result of an action you have committed, the item (s) can not be replaced.
- I haven’t received my order
If your product doesn’t arrive yet, the package may be late, this is maybe a transport technical problem which is not the responsibility of Galerie Charlot any casual responsibility could be taking in charge of our society. Your package can be affected by many reasons like for example : Natural hazards, vacations or strike.
- I haven’t got the totality of my order
Don’t Worry! It’s probably due to the send of more than one package for an order if you have bought many items.
A few other reason can explain your situation. Your package(s) have probably encountered a difficulty in its travel and the delivered time is longer. Your package can also be lost, in this case, we will do a reclamation to the transporter.
As well, verify if a member of your family or your neighbour didn’t take it for you. If the reception has been validate per the transporter, an inquest will be open to found your package.
If the deliverer is guilty of the lost or steal of the package(s), we ask you to verify the package at reception behind the deliverer, if the package(s) is damage and look like opened. If articles are lost we invite you to make writing reservation before to signed. And it will be more profitable for you if you send us a message to tell the problem encounter and after that help you to found a solution. If the transporter is guilty, it will process to the refund of the transport bill and a part of the order loss. The deadline for that process is legally almost 2 month. After this deadline the transporter don’t reply, a judiciary process will be done.
-Galerie Charlot don’t participate to the deferral fees
While we make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:
(a) Logistical issues beyond our control;
(b) Unsuitable weather conditions;
(c) Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.;
(d) Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.;
(e) Other unforeseeable circumstances.
- Can I modify my current order?
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order is not being prepared.
You can cancel an order for a single item before it is prepared by going to "My Account" and "My Orders". If the option to cancel is missing from your order, you can contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. It's as simple as that.
Cancellations cannot be made after your item(s) have been dispatched. If you want to return it then we will advise you how to return the item. Once the item has been returned, you will receive a full refund.
- Refund for Customized items and change of material can be done ?
We don't process refund for Customized items and also material change cannot be done.
Incase please, check thoroughly before you place an order.
- My package is return to Galerie Charlot society, what can I do?
If you was in absent when the deliverer came and any relay point had been choose, the package is probably returned to our provider. In this case, a mail will be sent to verify if the provider have received the package. In that situation, the package will be sent to you one more time but will be at your charge Galerie Charlot is not responsible to the come back of the package.
- You ordered but the provider is out of stock
In rare case the provider can be out of stock before we have done the check out listing. In this case a message will be send to you to warning you of the supply. In this case, a message will be sent to told you about the late. If your order has more than one item, we will try to send your order soon as possible. If the supplier don’t want to sell a product anymore we will find a solution to found you an other item who can enjoy you even if the price is a little bet more higher.
- Availability of the customer at the time of delivery
If the customer does not make himself available to collect the Product, the carrier may leave a notice with the instructions to proceed with the return or collection of the shipped Product. The Customer relieves the Seller of any liability deriving from the failure to return or the withdrawal of the Product, even if due to the failure to issue the notice or, in any case, to the negligence of the Customer.
- How much are the return costs?
If you need to return an item that is damaged you will not pay any return or collection costs. If you have changed your mind and decide to return an item, you will be responsible for the following costs.
Note : The item need to returned within 14 days of your receiving.
If you are returning a complete order, we will refund you in full,but deduct the cost of returns and collection.
If you return only one of the items in your order, we will refund the price of this item but will deduct the costs of returns and collection.
- What is the repayment period?
For security reasons, we may refund our customers using only the original payment method or PayPal and bank transfer.
If original payment is failed ,we may need your PayPal or bank details for the payment process and You need to provide it within 24 hrs after asking.
